So the last picture I posted, i thought was funny, then I went to the website I ripped it from and there were some funny and some extremely disturbing posters on there. Decided that my conscience is still alive and took it off.

While I am not at all saying that I believe the new stimulus package is great and perfect, it is somewhat ironic that the Republicans are up in arms about it. It baffles me when Republicans talk about debt and they spent the last eight years amassing nearly twice as much debt as we had when they began in 2000!

Now, my full opinion on the overall effectiveness of this stimulus is not formed, but I could just appreciate the irony. One thing that does bother me is that while Democrats are skeptical of Republicans because they feel like the Republican party got us into this mess over the last eight years; they might miss out on good opinion simply to continue the partisanship...

Interesting...

I discovered the hydrocodone does not work for me. Percocet does. I hate dental surgery! I had a wisdom tooth out on Tuesday and here I am still in pain...uggh. On the up side, I am getting a lot of Hulu watching in! On the down side, I am running out of good shows to watch. I am down to the Pretender. Anyone have a suggestion for a show on Hulu?

Chaos!!!

So, this week of vacation is insanity! I was supposed to go to NH to see my side of the family on Saturday. The chaos started on Friday. Here is the rundown:

Friday: Went to drop Duke off at the kennel. Car got stuck coming up the driveway of the kennel and slid into a fence. Had to chain up to get out.

Saturday: Supposed to leave. Snow came in, not able to leave.

Sunday: Drove to Seattle to fly out of there with changed ticket from our canceled flight. On the way, decided to go faster, took the chains off my car, did a 360 from the left lane of I5 into a snow bank. Sat for 3 hours before being towed out for $190.

Monday: Flew to NH. 3 of the 4 checked bags arrived. The car seat did not.

Tuesday: Drove from my sister's house to my parent's house. A tow truck pulled out in front of us on the interstate (in a uturn section), missed by a small amount. Closest I have come to a massive accident in my life.

Wednesday: Driving to go skiing on Christmas Eve-rear ended by a truck as we waited for someone to turn left.

I cannot wait to see what happens tomorrow!!!
